We have a responsibility to protect each of our client and provide the best services available. The following guidelines were established to ensure the integrity of these services.
Web Site Content Provisions
All services provided by Hosting 4 All may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of The Islamic law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrete and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hosting 4 All from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any of our servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or link to adult content elsewhere. Hosting 4 All will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Unlimited Web Traffic Stipulations
We are pleased to offer our clients unlimited web page traffic. This is considered any transfer of information in the form of text or graphic, directly readable by a web browser. Our intention is to provide a large storage space to serve web documents, not an off-site storage area for electronic files. All web pages (HTML) must be 'linked' with files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) that are stored on our servers. Web sites that are found to contain either/or no HTML documents or a large number of unlinked files are subject to warning, suspension or cancellation at the discretion of our administration.
Customers are not allowed to have large archives of files which would be downloaded freely by others, i.e. shareware archives. Any files that need to be downloaded to be viewed fall under the category of FTP transfer. FTP transfer is limited to 2 GB per month. Any customer who abuses their space/site transfer privileges will be billed for the additional charges. Our current rate is €10.00 per 100 MB of additional transfer.
As a note, over 85% of our clients never exceed even 300 megs of total FTP and web page transfer combined, so you can be assured that our bandwidth is not choked by numerous 'load-heavy' sites. To further protect the integrity of our service, any individual site consistently using 20% or more of the system's resources will be assessed additional charges accordingly.
Multiple Users
Any account that wishes to house other peoples data (web pages) in separate FTP/login subdirectories may do so (i.e. http://yourdomain.com/loginname). Each login costs €15 to setup, which is a one-time fee. We must put data transfer limitations on the domains that offer this. Traffic will go unmonitored until the entire cumulative account (home domain + all subdirectory logins) reaches 3 GB, after which normal data transfer charges will begin to incur - €10.00 per 100 MB of additional transfer.
Chat Room Conditions
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system resource hogs and in order to preserve a high quality for everyone we cannot allow this. We do provide a choice of Java chat rooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machines for others.
Background-running Programs
We may allow programs to run continuously in the background. These are considered on an individual basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.
Commercial Advertising and Unsolicited Email Provisions
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a Hosting 4 All server or using/referring an email address that is maintained on a Haydar Net machine in this manner is strictly prohibited. We do not allow misuse of our mailing lists either. This includes sending any should be used appropriately. Hosting 4 All it will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Server Abuse Issues:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a one of our servers
or a customer of Hosting 4 All is strictly prohibited.
Any sub-networks of Hosting 4 All must adhere to the above policies.
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right to remove any account without notice if any terms or conditions applied above are violated. If such an occurrence was to take place, the fees for that month's service would not be returned the issuer.
